It's understandable in the state of today's Battle for Time. Brands, businesses, ordinary joes - they all need to keep up. It's a hard, but necessary feat. Falling behind tends to be equated with missing out. And if there's an opportunity, you can guarantee your competition is going to fill the niche if you don't get to it first.
Consumers know what they want and they're experts at bypassing the clutter to find directly what they need. When a product or service elicits a response, well bingo! If brands can't appropriately respond within a framework that makes sense for their offerings, then consumers will take their minutes elsewhere. Plain and simple.
