It's a big world out there. Sometimes, you just need a little help navigating it.

This is especially true when it comes to being an online creator, say on a channel such as YouTube

Well vloggers (or whatever you'd like to call yourselves), YouTube star Hank Green has got your back. This month, Green launched the Internet Creators Guild as a resource where creators could get help with best practices, new products and updates, sample contracts and more.

It's great to get out there and get creating. But when things really start to take off, sometimes just diving in head first and alone can get a little overwhelming. Then creators risk losing out on optimizing their content.

Fast Company reports on Green's new initiative and exactly how it will help online creators from YouTube and beyond. Onwards and upwards, content creators.
