At the recent CMDC Vision 20/20 conference, CIO Terry Stuart of Deloitte sat down with Marketing Mag to talk about innovation. 

There has to be a better way, right? Of course. But what is that better way and how does anyone get on top of it, or even better, ahead of it effectively? No one wants to trip because they jumped too soon. Yet no one wants to be the last in line. 

Sometimes, you don't even know that there's the possibility of innovation to begin with. 

Hint: it involves becoming more perceptive and then individualizing the space of opportunity into a strategy.
